Show Off Your Problem-Solving Skills!

RHU HSPC is a 3 hour contest organized by RHU ACM Student Chapter at Rafik Hariri University where high school students from several Lebanese schools compete to demonstrate their programming skills and problem solving abilities.

The contest rules and format are similar to ACM's ICPC.

Never coded before?

No Problem! We will be providing coaching and training for all participants from October 2017 to December 2017.

Why

Winners will get several prizes including 50% scholarships to study Computer Science at RHU!

Contest Rules

Students compete in teams of two. Programs are written in C++, and submitted electronically to the judges who test the programs and decide if a submission satisfies the correctness criteria. Contestants are allowed to bring textbooks and notes, but no disks or other computer media.

Contest Software

We will be using the Hackerrank during the contest.

Computers

Contestants will be using our lab's windows PCs. Installed on them will be Microsoft's Visual Studio and Google Chrome with Hackerrank opened.
